Returns, cancellations and defective goods

Swiss orders — no change-of-mind returns

Our shop is intended for customers in Switzerland. Swiss law does not generally provide a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for ordinary online purchases. Nooklino does not offer an additional voluntary right to return an item simply because you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want it. This does not affect rights concerning defects, incorrect goods or other mandatory rights.

Cancellation requests

If you made an ordering mistake, contact us promptly using the contact details in our Impressum. We will check whether we can stop the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once it has been accepted or sent for fulfillment. If we agree to cancel, we will refund the cancelled order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your delivery and notify us promptly of a problem, including your order number and a description. Photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate; contact us if you cannot provide them. We remain your point of contact even when a supplier ships your order. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This policy does not exclude or shorten your applicable statutory defect rights.

Return instructions and costs

Contact us before sending goods back. We will provide the correct return instructions if a return is needed. Do not send goods to an address printed on a supplier package without checking with us. For an accepted claim involving a defective, damaged or incorrect item, we cover the necessary reasonable return shipping or provide another remedy without requiring a return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We initiate a refund within 10 business days after the refund is agreed and any agreed return requirement is met. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
