Seller and scope

Nooklino is operated by the seller identified in the Impressum / Seller details page. These terms apply to consumer orders delivered to Switzerland. The product details, delivery information and policies displayed when you order form part of your purchase.

Products and prices

Read the description, dimensions, package contents and suitability information before ordering. Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The checkout shows the order total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us, before payment. Any separately payable import charges must be disclosed in the delivery information before you order. Product photos describe the item offered; lifestyle artwork is illustrative.

Ordering and contract

Add an available item to your cart, enter the requested contact and delivery details, choose an available payment method, review the total and correct any errors before pressing the final payment/order button. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; we accept your order by a separate acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfill it, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid for the unfulfilled order.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment may be collected when you order. Delivery is to the address you provide and may be carried out directly by our fulfillment partner. The delivery policy and product-page estimate apply. We remain responsible for handling your order questions and claims; you do not need to negotiate with our supplier.

Cancellation, returns and defects

There is no voluntary change-of-mind return period. Our Returns, cancellations and defective goods policy explains cancellation requests and the procedure for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Safe use

Use each product only for its described purpose and follow its instructions and relevant surface-care guidance. Household cleaning tools are not pet-grooming tools unless expressly described as such.

Our Privacy policy explains the handling of personal data. Our identity and contact details are accessible through the footer Impressum link.

Applicable law and changes

Swiss law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or mandatory rights concerning the competent court. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the version in effect when you place your order governs that order.
