Shipping policy

Delivery to Switzerland

We currently accept delivery orders to Switzerland only. Standard shipping is free; prices are shown in CHF. Any taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment.

Where your order ships from

Our products are fulfilled by CJdropshipping and ship directly from China. They are not held locally in Switzerland. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels, with separate tracking information.

Processing and transit

Allow approximately 3–5 days for processing after successful payment. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–10 days for the Everyday Cable Pouch and 8–15 days for the Manual Pet-Hair Roller and Foldaway Clothes Storage Bag. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Supplier availability, holidays, customs and carrier disruptions may extend delivery. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

Tracking

We send tracking information after dispatch when available. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier update. Contact us via the email in our Impressum for help.

Import charges

Your order is an import from China. Import VAT, customs clearance and carrier handling charges, if assessed on arrival, are not included in the price or free shipping offer and may be payable by the recipient. We do not promise duty-paid delivery.

Address and delivery problems

Please check your delivery details before ordering and contact us promptly about mistakes. Changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. If a parcel is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact Nooklino with your order number and relevant details or photos. Nooklino remains your seller and handles your claim; you do not need to negotiate directly with our supplier.

Do not send items to the address on the packaging without instructions. See our returns policy. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
